| 企业国际化与绩效存在复杂的内在机理，所以它们之间的函数形式和影响方向并不稳健和唯一。由于不仅缺乏新兴经济体企业国际化理论支撑和情境依赖分析，还忽略了国际化过程对国际化与绩效关系的影响，现有文献存在诸多不足。这就需要我们从国际化新企业理论视角，探讨在缺乏所有权优势和吸收能力相对低下的中国企业以加速或超负荷的方式实现国际化的情境下中国企业的国际化和绩效关系。 |

| A Firm’s Internationalization and Performance: A Literature Review |

| Abstract: |
| A complex internal mechanism exists between a firm’s internationalization and performance, which does not lead to the sound and unique functions and forms between them. The existing literature has many deficiencies, as there is not only lack of emerging economies to support internationalization theory and context -dependent analysis, but it also ignores the impact of the internationalization process between internationalization and performance. We should explore the study of international relations and performance of Chinese enterprises that are lack of ownership advantages and relatively low absorption capacity, which accelerate or overload to achieve internationalization from a view of international new theoretical perspective. |
