Title: Group Head of Advertising Sales
Location:  Beijing/Shanghai
 
Company Scenario
Our client is a world leading travel site company.
 
Key responsibilities
In essence, the main orientation of this Group Head Advertising Sales role is as the leader of the sales team, develop the sales strategies and sales revenue, build, train and support team member, and build up relationship with key account and important committees to achieve and secure said revenue. In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
-Develop sales strategiesand train, coach and lead the sales team in order to rich their online knowledge, and supporting sales team in meeting with key clients and agencies to source and ensure the deal.
-Create and grow a consultative relationship with decision makersat client companies and guide them through buying company's online advertising products worldwide. In the same time, grow and retain business from existing accounts. Grow and build upon key agency partnerships that will aid in securing customers.
-Developing sales targets with the Director of Advertising Sales –Greater China. Be responsible of meeting the revenue and growth targets, and leverage all possible resources inside the company to meet client’s requirements and deliver client satisfaction.
 
Top 3 requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
-At least 4 years experiences in selling online advertising with adeep understanding of online advertising product especially in CPM, with a successful track record of achieving revenue target and developing long term relationship with major client and agencies.
-Very strong sales, interpersonal and communication skills applied internally (to national and international teams) as well as with clients and agencies. Fluent Mandarin and English in both oral and written.
-Proven experience in managing, leading and building up (including recruiting, interviewing and selecting high quality sales) a team of at least 2-3 sales people and high quality team.

-Great analytical skill to recognize and understand the situation, abilities to identify issues and provide solutions, as online is a fast moving industry.
-Flexible and open-mind to change and new information, ability to identifies and analyzes problems, creative in solving problem.
-Integrity through fair and ethical behavior toward colleagues and business partners.
