Job Description And Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is the primary interface between ILE and clients and plays a key role in ensuring positive ILE customer experience as well as program completion, renewal and referrals. The Program Manager will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager in two major areas: learning progress management and community building. General responsibilities include:
 
LearningProgress Management
·         Introduce and guide potential clients through the world of ILE; work closely with sales team and instructors to ensure high quality first experience
·         Identify clients’ goals and expectations and provide individualized guidance on which sessions and instructors to select
·         Update clients on their study progress by interpreting aggregated results of assessments and recommend adjustment to study plan if necessary
·         Work together with the academic team based in Boston, United States and lead the process of scheduling and learning pace management
·         Proactively assist students with study challenges and collect, analyze and relay the feedbacks to relevant ILE teams
 
Community Building
·         Introduce new clients to the world of ILE by giving orientation presentations
·         Develop and maintain strong relationship and communication with students and student groups
·         Work with the marketing team on regular ILE social events and other community building activities
·         Collaborate with the alumni team to transit students to the alumni program
·         Involve in sales initiatives, such as trial sessions and referral events
 
 
Experience Requirements:
Candidates for this positionshould have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelors degree, with at least 2 years of work experience
·         Strong English language skills and excellent Chinese writing and communication skills
·         Detail-oriented and able to execute processes with high quality
·         Reliable, able to balance a variety of tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
·         Great interpersonal skills, ableto work effectively with students and ILE team members
·         Good customer service attitude, background in customer service and/or education a plus
·         Highly organized, self-motivatedand independent
·         Able to work with flexible hours
 
Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus.
