Goals:
 
This role will be under corporate branding team – successfully manage branding projects from start to completion while representing and assisting in the presentation of the content of our deliverables. Lead and proactively grow client engagements, form trust-based client relationships, and create high impact content in partnership with the IB team.
 
 
Overall Responsibility:
 
  • Build strong relationships with client contacts, especially with the brand teams, and develop a good understanding of the client organization, their strategies and processes.
 
  • Clarify briefs and planning timelines and resourcing for each project with the Creative Director/Managing Director and corporate Client Management team leader.
 
  • Work closely with Creative Director/Managing Director in design solutions to client issues.
 
  • Ensure that these recommendations are delivered in a timely fashion.
 
  • Flag out potential obstacles or opportunities from your understanding of the brand teams and their processes in our projects.
 
  • Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of client service measured through client and internal team feedback.
 
  • Contribute to delivering revenue targets from clients and projects managed by you.
 
  • Train junior staff on internal and client processes and help oversee their work on a daily basis.
 
  • Other duties as assigned by director manager.
 
 
Requirements for the position:
 
  • B.A degree; MBA desirable.
 
  • 10+ years of experience, including 5-7 years in design or advertising/brand consultancy business.
 
  • Experienced in big Chinese clients’ business and process.
 
  • Can work under pressure and have flexibility when handling with different projects.
 
  • Passionate about brands. Understand and have knowledge of branding and different industries.
 
  • Working understanding of business processes and strategy.
 
  • Ability to handle large, complex projects across several projects at the same time and be client facing.
 
  • Proven ability to answer challenging business issues.
 
  • People management experience is a must.
 
  • Highly independent and able to work closely with client,design teams and strategy teams.
 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
 
  • Obey the company financial system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project income with cost expenses.
 
  • Superior presentation and written skills.
 
  • Strong attention to details.
 
  • Able to travel(domestically or internationally), or work overtime during the holidays or weekends.
