The program is designed to provide new hires with four to six rotational assignments over a two year period within the Supply Chain and Operations elds. This is an ideal program for candidates who desire fast-track career progression and at the same time want to experience multiple facets of Operational Excellence before deciding where to begin their full-time careers.
Program Details Each class will begin the program at one of PolyOne’s regional locations. This will be their home base for the two year program. During that time there will be the opportunity to have one rotation outside this location, most likely at PolyOne’s corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. The program is exible and allows candidates to have input on their rotations with formal oversight and interactions with senior leadership within the company.
