Reporting to: Regional General Manager and China Finance Director
Subordinate: 2 Plants Finance Manager (Directly)
Responsibilities:
• Will be partnering with the entity GM to lead the finance team in both plants in Zhejiang.
• Assist the General Manager to make the 3 year strategic business plan and annual budget.
• Prepare financial modeling to support annual budget and relevant presentation for senior management team and/or Board approvals.
• Compile, review and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast per required timetable.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly financial reports, forecasts and budgets to regional Headquarter.
• Monitor KPI and provide recommendations and advices to drive the enterprise performance.
• Participate monthly finance performance review meeting and provide concise explanations to variances.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with major in accounting or related, CPA is highly preferred
• More than 8 years’ experience in a financial management role from a MNC factory environment, JV experience is a plus
• Familiar with Oracle/SAP system and B2B industry
• Working fluency English both in written and spoken
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with all people in HQ and the plant
• Strong leadership skills, able to coach, motivate and lead a finance team
