World-Class Finance Talent Program – EU F500 – Shanghai & EU
In order to build local talents in China to achieve the key business targets for 2020 and beyond, our client company is looking for Finance Young Talent to undertake an internationally- based self-driven program that will prepare you for Senior Finance Position in China in long term. That means accelerating your career through a two – year training program , not by sitting you behind a desk but by putting you out there
in the business and putting you firmly in control of your own success.
Location: Shanghai and EU
Responsibilities:
• The 1st assignment is a half a year China Based Assignment: Undertake challenging projects /assignments that will be defined by home country hosting organization as a start up of knowing the corporate and business. The 2nd will be 1.5 years abroad projects in Global Headquarter
• Mentor helps you to excel: To provide some useful advice and guidance, the company will provide you with a mentor who has close links to your home country, plus the company will provide you with an annual budget to spend on personal and professional development. But after that it will be entirely up to you to secure your projects and build the experience and skills set that required. The entire program is specifically designed to fast-track the development of entrepreneurial talent. That’s why the company put you in control.
• Eger to Win: The Company will monitor your progress and achievements. You’ll get expert feedback during and after each project and we’ll expect you to demonstrate a steep learning curve.
• After you’ve finished the traineeship, the company will make a final assessment on your development and performance over the 2 years. If pass, you will be offered a senior position in the China Finance organization and will be enrolled automatically into our global talent program as well.
Requirements:
• Bachelor / Master degree in Finance from a well known International/Chinese University
• 3~5 years working experience in Finance
• Good Finance and Accounting qualification, eg: ACCA, CIMA or AIA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership potential
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, international experience or mindset
• Entrepreneurial mentality with a drive for success
• Fluent speaking in English in addition to writing, reading and listening
