职位描述：
1. Be responsible for new business development or exploring business opportunities in PRC domestic market;
2. Lead MNC BD team to achieve sales target ;
3. Manage a dedicated MNC BD team of 3-4 members;
4. Continuous coaching to enhance team members’ sales Capability;
5. Understand client’s needs and communicate that need effectively for internal execution;

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Experience working with international companies
3. Previous Sales experience in BPO,IT outsourcing, Call Center Experience is a strong advantage; Strong selling skills (i.e. questioning techniques, insight, relationship management, negotiating/closing)
4. Strong presentation skills
5. Strong English Skills (speaking, writing, presenting);
6. Good understanding of Telephony and call center environment preferred
7. Familiar with delivery path and direct marketing service
8. Good strategy and process planning skill and people management skill
9. Passion for excellence and extremely detailed oriented
10. Highly organized, multi-projects management capability
