Top Responsibility
In essence, the main orientation of this Product Engineering Manager role is to lead the product engineering team and drive the prototype development of new products/new needs from clients. The main responsibilities include :
1.     Client needs collection and understanding: Provide technical expertise to clients regarding their request on new product design, by working with BD team. Clarify the specifications and assess if the technical capability can meet their needs. 
2.     Project pipeline management: Leverage and allocate internal resources to deliver new product engineering projects. Proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and barriers to project success and takes necessary action to remove them.
3.     Team management and development: Lead, direct and develop the team to consistently deliver efficient, effective and high-quality performance.
 
Top 3 Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
1.     Bachelor degree or above in Electric/Electronic or related disciplines.
2.     Minimum 10 years’ working experience from sizeable manufacturing companies.
3.     Excellent people and leadership skill with the ability to build and promote team spirits.
 
Special Requirements:
1.     Good command in English, both written and oral.
2.     Good working knowledge in FPC/PCB.
