1. To partner with business functions in Asia Pacific, Japan and China - Marketing, Sales, Operations & Finance
2. Able to work with peers up to Executive Management, be able to negotiate and drive prioritization
3. To work with Global IT counterparts and devise strategy based solutions that can maximize results
4. To collaborate with global teams to leverage and maximize business process and technology value
5. To anticipate and innovate process and technology change to drive increased business value
6. Manage 6-10 Business Analyst subordinates in APJ (ex. India, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.)
Top Requirements
The ideal candidate should have/be:
1. 10 year or more experience in IT management role with business and customer focus, multi country budget responsibility; open in industries background while experience in life science industry is preferred.
2. Experienced in supporting sales, commercial and marketing organizations. In depth knowledge about commercial operation in Asia Pacific, Japan and China and the related business processes;
3. Proven track record in delivering IT projects in an MNC environment (DMS/CRM, ERP, and BI systems)
Strong leadership skills and excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills
