o   Develop annual growth strategies against sales / profit target
o   Develop shop growth model (shop model mix, product mix, innovation, expansion plan)

·         Drive for Shop Business Results
o   Support Shop team to achieve annual targets (both sales and margin) through seasonal campaigns, new product launches and shop support programs.

·         Build Shop Innovation Pipeline

·         Build the HD Brand

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
 
·         Education:           Bachelor Degree + (MBA a plus)
·         Working Experience:        Around 5 years in Multinational Company in FMCG / Restaurant Industry
·         Capabilities:         
o   Restaurant Marketing Experience (e.g. Pizza Hut, Starbucks)
o   Brand Management in FMCG Category in multinational brand-driven companies.
o   People Management
o   Project Management – lead cross functional team
o   Fluent in English communication
·         Others:
o   Strong leadership and people skills
o   Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
