The position is aimed to drive business success by providing product, process and technology expertise and leadership on innovation, optimization, margin improvement and employers’ growth and development.
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
l Lead new product, process and technology development for confectionery category
l Provide leadership and expertise to the business and contribute to NPD pipeline/roadmap building
l Proactively partner with internal and external resources to identify and develop a pipeline of innovation opportunities for China confectionery business
l Initiate and manage the projects/activities related to cost reduction, margin and improvement of product.
l Development and management of R&D related information system, implementation of policies, specifications, and procedures
l Provide timely communication to senior management, cross-functional teams and direct reports on projects and other key issues
l Provide technical support for marketing, plant operation and QRO
l Coach, guide and development of R&D personnel
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
l Education
BA or above Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Packaging Engineer or related fields
l Experience
At least 8 years working experiences, with focus on new product, technology, process innovation and development, R&D experiences in confectionery category is preferred.
l Skills & Competency
v Solid project management skills on product formulation and processes design
v Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
v Good knowledge of Chinese Food related Regulation
v Willing to learn and work under pressure
v Energetic, highly pro-active, creative thinking and self-motivated
v Fluent in oral and written English
