Responsibilities:
- Drive the new idea incubation process for selected idea proposals by working closely with segment business and technology team;
- Spearhead RMA/RVA work to map out value chain & scout market potential on prioritized opportunity by leveraging segment BD and sales resource;
- Coordindate with segment technology team to validate technical feasiblity of prioritized opportunity;
- Lead the marketing and business development competency enhancement for technology team;
- Coordinate and support segment team to develop sales tool at selected segment/application to drive share gain/defense;
- Collaborate with global competitive intelligence network to provide local insight
Qualifications:
- The position requires an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual who is keen to driving new growth opportunity by working with diverified segment and functionality
- MBA or advanced science/engineering degree(up to PhD);
- Track record of successfully leading new market scouting and new business development in a multi-matrix working environment;
- Combines commercial knowledge and technical skills to conceptualize, design and initiate qualification projects with transactional as well as downstream value-chain partners;
- Demonstrated excellence in time management skills, project management, delivering against milestones and working independently;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in concept proposals, cross-functional cooperation and customer interaction, etc.;
- Skilled in computer applications (MS Office, Outlook, SFDC, on-line networks, etc.)
