| Role Summary/Purpose: | ECLP is GE's premier development program for high potential individuals seeking a career within sales or marketing. Successful candidates will be hired into GE Aviation for three high-impact eight-month assignments, with projects designed to build sales, marketing, strategy, and leadership skills. The program also includes a comprehensive six week in-residence global training curriculum over the course of two years. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | As a program member you will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. ECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. The 2 year program consists of three 8-month rotational assignments within the commercial segments of GE Aviation balancing both breadth and depth of experience Rotations provide experiences such as strategic growth and innovation, forecasting and analytics, market assessment, competitive intelligence, product management, customer segmentation, pricing and commercialization, project management, online design and benchmarking and sales development. To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing four global ECLP conferences held over the two-year program that provide extensive training in Gold Standard Marketing & Sales Leadership. |
