On May 13, SUIBE and Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center Development Office signed an agreement of strategic cooperation. Mr. Peng Song, executive deputy director of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center Development Office and Mr. Wang Rongming, president of SUIBE, attended the signing ceremony and unveiled the plaque for Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation and Open Economy Strategy Research Institute (STIOE).
Mr. Wang Rongming said that SUIBE will take serving the building of a new development paradigm as its mission, give full play to the radiation effect of its WTO Asia-Pacific Training Center and other platforms, as well as the advantages of its open economy disciplinary group, so as to constantly advance the cooperation between the two parties relying on the STIOE.
Mr. Peng Song said that the strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties will fully exploit the advantages in innovation of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center Development Office, and SUIBE’s expertise in open economy disciplinary group and high-end think tank construction, in a bid to jointly promote the effective and smooth implementation of Shanghai’s sci-tech innovation strategies.
