1.原单位《外国人工作许可证》注销单

2. 停留签证（需在原单位离职证明上标记的离职日期起不超过十个自然日内凭原单位离职信（复印件）赴原单位所在地出入境办理，离职信原件携带备查，其余相关材料请申请人自行咨询原单位相关主管人员） | 2. Stay visa (To apply for the visa, the applicant must go to the Entry and Exit Bureau in your present city within10 natural days since the release date.
